What Date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 31st.


Can I bring a plus one?

We kindly ask that only those listed on the RSVP attend. Thank you for your understanding as we have limited capacity with our venue. If you have any questions, please reach out.


What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire is your chance to dress like you're headed somewhere fabulous — because you are. It's that sweet spot between black-tie and ‘just left the office.’ For women, it’s flirty dresses, sleek jumpsuits, or anything that says ‘I make an entrance.’ Heels optional, confidence required.

For men, it’s a blazer that means business (but not too much), sharp shoes, and trousers that actually fit. Tie? Only if you're feeling fancy. It’s all about looking polished, feeling great, and being ready for cocktails, compliments, and maybe a little dancing the night away.


Is there free parking available at your wedding venue?

Yes, there is ample parking at our venue, though Hyla Brook kindly asks that we don’t park past midnight. We are also conveniently offering shuttle bus service to and from the hotels. Please RSVP if you’d like us to reserve you a seat.

What time should I arrive at your wedding?

Please arrive by 3:45pm. This will hopefully give you plenty of time to grab a drink (or two) at the open bar before finding a seat and getting settled in before we start.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting) followed by an indoor reception.

When does the shuttle bus run?

The shuttle bus will start picking guests up around 3:15pm at their accomodations to take them to the venue. After dinner around 7:00 pm, the bus will continually run to return guests back to their respective accomodations. Please RSVP if you’d like us to reserve a seat for you!

Will there be an open bar?

Absolutely! Need we say more…


What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We will be serving passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by a sit down 3-course meal with your choice of entrée. This will be topped off by an assortment of desserts. Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any food restrictions.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Our wedding reception will conclude at 11:00 pm with the final shuttle leaving at 11:15pm. For all you party animals who are still standing and want to keep the celebration going, there is an amazing rooftop bar at the Artisan Hotel.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Of course! We’re hosting a brunch (location TBD) at 11am the next morning for those needing a recovery session with bottomless coffee, tasty bites, and maybe a mimosa (or three) to keep the good times rolling. It’ll be the perfect chance to relive the night before’s highlights, swap stories and laugh about those dance moves no one should ever see again.

What area hotels do you recommend?

Both the La Quinta Hotel by Wyndham and Marriott’s Artisan Hotel are perfect options depending on if you have a preference or are a rewards member… a great time to use or earn points! The La Quinta allows for a 3:00 pm checkin and 11:00 am check out. The Artisan’s check in is at 4:00 pm with check out at 11 am. We will also have shuttle service running between these two hotels for guest who prefer to not drive to and from the venue.
