The Engagement Story

While traveling in Italy, we had chartered a boat to take us around the island of Capri. After taking a swim in the green lagoon and grabbing lunch on the on land, Kevin knew our boat adventure was coming to a close and time was running thin.

He snuck back to the driver and asked “Where’s a good place to propose”? Our tour guide let him know that we were getting ready to head into the Cave of Love (the waves had carved a heart into the rocks). Kevin could only exclaim “Get the hell out!”

So as the boat neared the cave, Kevin was seated next to Jen on the front of the boat and turned to her, semi-knee down and asked her the big question while blacking out, even though Jen immediately said yes (which he doesn’t remember).
